Riddles

I am an ample assortment of colors.
The sky-candle shines on me;
People prod my precious skin
I stare at the sun-table endlessly;
Watered by rain-givers,
I sustain life.
Rivers are my veins, and
My heart is always warm;
I rhythmically rotate.

I am a heartless hag.
My children are earth-shakers and home-destroyers;
My fluctuating temper flares frequently—
Sometimes I am happy, but
Sometimes I am angry;
Filled with fury, I fling my family into an
Earth razing rampage.
My dwelling place has no bounds.
